Image Color Picker
Click any point in your photo to read precise color values. Everything runs in your browser — images never leave your device.
Click any pixel to read exact hex values — processed locally, never uploaded.
Sampling colors from photographs
A photograph encodes color as pixels in sRGB. Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file, then move your pointer or click to read the exact hex, RGB, HSL, and OKLCH values at that pixel.
The magnifier loupe enlarges the area around your cursor so you can target a logo accent, fabric weave, or sky gradient without averaging an entire region by accident.
Sampled values feed directly into contrast checks, tint scales, and the palette generator. For dominant-color extraction with mood controls, use Palette from Image instead.
Privacy and workflow
Images display entirely in your browser; uploads are not stored on our servers.
Brand compliance teams sample approved photography to verify print and social crops still match digital hex values.
UI designers derive accent colors from hero imagery, then audit text contrast before shipping components over photography.
